Sales Policy
DURBA JEWELS enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by the buyer and accepted by us (the seller). Upon confirmation, the price stated in the invoice will be the final price, inclusive of taxes and shipment.
Please note that once the buyer confirms the order, no cancellation will be considered. DURBA JEWELS reserves the right to cancel the order if any unauthorized activity is detected in the payment process.
In the event that a damaged or incorrect product is delivered by DURBA JEWELS, the buyer must inform us via email with the appropriate tag, product image, and invoice copy. DURBA JEWELS will arrange for a pickup from the buyer’s doorstep. The address for returns is as follows:

Upon receipt and passing of quality control, the correct product will be shipped to the buyer within 2 to 3 working days.
Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
After placing an order, the customer has the option to cancel within one hour. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 working days through the same payment mode. Notification of return for delivered jewelry should be sent to DURBA JEWELS via email (including tag number, invoice copy, and product image) at care@durbajewels.com within 24 hours.
