We’re delighted to extend a 7-day return policy for items that are unused, unworn, and still equipped with their tags. Additionally, we offer refunds within 15 days from the date of return request. (For online payments, refunds are issued online, while cash on delivery payments are refunded in store credit only.)

Please ensure that all items intended for return or exchange remain unworn and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any items damaged during transit must retain their tags for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered after tag removal may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Alternatively, you can email us at care@durbajewels.com with images of the products, including their packaging and tags, to schedule a return pick-up.
 
Following this, our courier partner will pick up your package at no additional cost within 3-5 business days.
 
Once the item is collected, we will credit the corresponding amount as STORE CREDIT to your account (if you’ve created one), or provide an online refund within 15 business days, depending on the option chosen during your order placement.
 
Items purchased on www.durbajewels.com can be exchanged for the same item or another, subject to stock availability.
 
To cancel an order, please email us at care@durbajewels.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time of placement.
